We are a completely volunteer group of individuals, interested in helping others gain some answers to the paranormal happenings in their homes and businesses. Syracuse Paranormal’s members come from a wide range of backgrounds and professional interests including History, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Construction Trades, Technology careers and other fields. We believe that having such a diverse group of individuals allows us to explore many angles to each investigation and gives us a unique perspective on each individual situation.

We promise the utmost in professional courtesy before, during, and after our investigation. We take what we do seriously, but still have fun. We DO NOT provoke spirits and believe the best way to communicate is through a kind, thoughtful approach. There is never any fee for an investigation.

What Syracuse Paranormal will do:

  • Respect your privacy and promise that all information remain confidential unless given your approval to release it publicly.
  • Conduct ourselves in a professional manner at all times, including listening to your concerns, respecting your home/business and presenting your with our collected evidence within a reasonable time frame.
  • There is never a charge or fee for our investigation.

What Syracuse Paranormal will NOT do:

  • We will never promise you a guarantee of results from our investigation. Paranormal activity is unpredictable and it’s entirely possible that no evidence may be collected during an investigation.
  • We will NEVER throw around the term “evil” or “demonic” in a haphazard way. Contrary to what you see on TV, evil and demonic entities are very, very rare. Negative energy can be common, but true evil is highly unusual.
  • We will NEVER make up evidence or lie to you. Honesty and sincerity are key components of this work and although it may not be what you want to hear or are hoping to hear we will always be truthful with our assessment.
  • We will NEVER claim to have all the answers or be 100% certain of something. There are no “experts” in this field and all evidence is open to interpretation.
